MMP Group through its efforts has always wished and dreamed about the prosperity and growth of Uganda. Real Estate and infrastructure are one of the key sectors on which gives new directions and heights to this growth. Since MMP Group is based in Jinja; we have always focused more on the industrial and commercial real estate business in and around Jinja which can bring development and prosperity in the district of Jinja and around. We have invested in carefully selected lands and properties with the intent to generate long term regular revenues and also for the usage of our manpower for dwelling, storage and recreational purposes.


As an effort of such development; MMP Group has ventured into two major real estate projects namely MMP Industrial Park and MMP Mall. Apart from this; MMP Group has also ventured in a hospitality project in which we are bringing the first Five Star hotel in Jinja Town.

MMP Industrial Park

MMP group is a proud owner of one of the largest privately-owned Industrial Parks of Uganda known as “MMP Industrial Park” located in Buikwe District near Jinja Town. This industrial park is spread over 950.00 Acres of land which is adjacent to Lake Victoria and has great location as well as strategic advantages. This MMP Industrial Park is our contribution to the relentless match towards economic transformation of Uganda. It is expected to host more than 75 medium to large scale industrial units within next few years. The development of this industrial park has brought a lot of hope and happiness to the communities living in the surrounding areas of the park due to the possibilities of employment generation; future housing and lodging – boarding needs etc.

MMP Mall

MMP Group is currently in the process of constructing an ultramodern and spacious shopping mall in Jinja which is going to be ready by the end of 2024. This mall will invite and bring many brands in retail, restaurants and bars, cinemas etc. It will add to the recreation options for the people of Jinja town.

A five-star hotel

Along with the new shopping mall in Jinja; MMP Group is also planning to launch the first five-star hotel of Jinja which will have around 100 rooms and various banquets, restaurants and bars, party lawns etc. within the hotel which will enable Jinja to host any national or international even within the town. The hotel will be located around the source of Nile which is one of the major tourist attractions of Jinja.
